Brats, Veggies & "Rice"

Who doesn't love brats?  This recipe is super easy - Chad actually made it.  : )  And, today is a twofer: brats and rice recipes.  The rice recipe is from The Primal Blueprint Cookbook, though there's not much to it.

Grilled Beer Brats

I'm going to be very nonspecific with measurements here.

Ingredients:
Onions, sliced
Green peppers, sliced
Butter
Bratwurst
Beer, 1 bottle should be sufficient

1. Melt butter and saute onions and green peppers.
2. Add beer and bratwurst.
3. Boil then simmer on low for 20 mins.
4. Grill just to char outside
5. Serve with favorite condiments and sauteed onions/peppers

Cauliflower Rice

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower

1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets.  Steam briefly but not to the point that it's mushy.
2. Run the steamed florets through a food processor or shred with a cheese grater (bit messier and harder)
3. Add buter and salt!
