Back Squats 5-5-5-5-5
Let's really focus on solid form in these squats. We want everyone to fight for a good upright position, even though the weight will be on our backs.

i got 175 pounds for 20 today on backsquat... 20 reps are brutal! thanks to sarah g, chad, and jack for getting me through and reminding me to breathe!
It was pretty great to see everyone hauling sandbags and doing burpees tonight. And nice work to the Foundations crew for tackling Fran! That WOD is no joke.
