Who has two thumbs and needs a rest day? This guy. Was gonna take one after the double yesterday and the workout looked too fun... so against my better judgement hightailed it over to the box. About 3 mins into the WOD I was questioning the wisdom of that decision...

WOD 8:32 Rx. Those lunges are HEAVEH. Whew. If anyone sees me anywhere near the gym tomorrow, make me go home. Please.

Yeah, similar boat as Smith... Snatches? No way. Got to 95# and felt like my blood was replaced with jello.
Wod L2 9:16. Lunges were a suckfest.
