Tonight WAS a full house! The 5:30pm class was stacked! Thanks for welcoming the Foundations class to the gym on Monday evenings. It was wonderful to see them doing their first workout. Way to go Chad on his first night with the Foundations crew :)

I was able to get in on this WOD with the 6:30 crew. OHS are a real challenge for me so I used a 25lb plate and then a 15lb plate instead of a bar because I can't rep out 45lb OHS. I did 7 rounds plus squats and 10 sit ups of the 8th round.

NIce work to Chad's foundation crew and everyone that showed up tonight.
