"KING KONG"

3 Rounds for Time:
1 Deadlift (325/455)
2 Muscle Ups
3 Squat Cleans (185/250)
4 Handstand Pushups

APRIL FOOLS!
I think some of you caught on.  The workout above is NOT our workout of the day.  We're still giving your bodies a bit of a break this week, and King Kong doesn't quite fit into that ;)

Our actual WOD is...

4 Rounds:
25 Situps
10 Jumping Lunges
Run 200m

I'll be the first to admit I fell for it. You didn't realize the G in Sarah G stands for gullible! But perhaps I would have tried that 325 deadlift??

What were some of the times for this WOD? Today is not my typical CrossFit day but no equipment was needed so I did this WOD in my apt complex parking lot. I did it in 9:07. I can't verify that the 200M I ran was an accurate distance...but probably close enough. :)

You're right on target Carolyn! We had a variety of times today, but the median was around 10 minutes.
