Holy crap! It's a PR PR!

That's right people. Within six days, you managed to rack up a whopping 100 PRs. That's just absurd. Now go on with your bad self!

 

Workout of the Day

A.
5 mins practicing freestanding handstand

B.
Three sets of:
Push Press x 4-5 reps
Rest as needed

Make these as heavy as you can handle.

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Ring Dips
10 Handstand Push-Ups
10 Burpees

L2:
5 Stationary Dips
5 HSPU negatives
5 Burpees

L1:
5 Parallette Dips
5 Strict DB Presses 20/10#
5 Burpees
