Just curious as to how many of you Locals out there know your 1RM Snatch? No worries if you don't. We'll have some suggested weights for you.

Ollie, I know you know your 1-handed snatch max. I have that on video :) However, I hear that you're gunning for a higher number these days? That's actually a thought... you could do this WOD 1-handed.

Holy crap! OK, that WOD following 150 wall balls was something else. I did 65# on the snatches and rowed 100m, finished in 10:28. Really like this WOD though, hurt in all the right places in all the right ways.

Shannon, you did a great job on this WOD. You have some incredible snatch form!

I did this with the 45lb bar and did hang squat snatches. I worked from the hang because Jack and Mitchell helped me see that I am having a VERY hard time getting any hip drive on these. Thanks for the help tonight folks. Well, what can i say for this WOD i hated the snatches and loved the running :)
