Got up to 120 lbs, failed on my 5th rep. Got up 115 pretty nicely though. Did the row in 4:13 or 4:18 can't remember.

Sarah rocked the coaches corner WOD today, those were impressive thrusters with 105lbs!! She was thrusting almost what I was push jerking... go figure :)

Yes, my workout today was a kicker. 105lb Thrusters are pretty heavy for me, but I pushed through them. Thanks to Shannon, Kathleen, and Jason for helping me through.
