Workout of the Day:
A.
Take 10-15 minutes to cycle through and practice various gymnastics elements that you need to work on – examples . . . Pistol Progressions x 4-6 reps each leg, Handstand Holds or Walks (freestanding or supported) x 60-90 seconds, L-Sits x 30-60 seconds, L-Pull-Ups, etc…
B.
In teams of two, partners alternate full rounds to complete five rounds each of:
500 Meter Row
45/30# Dumbbell Man-Makers x 10 reps
L2: 30/20#
L1: 20/10#

I did this with myself as a virtual partner, and 35 pound man-makers. My rest was equal to whatever the work was on a given round. I finished my part of the WOD around 34 minutes but my virtual partner did the anchor leg and finished in 39:28.
This was a great WOD. It is amazing how the man-makers sapped the triceps for the rowing.
Fifth round would have sucked....
